the Somali camel liver
recipe for two people
Ingredients 300 g of liver of camel
1 onion 1 tomato 1 lemon

Cut the liver into small pieces and place into a container. Cut the onion and tomato and place in container with the liver. Squeeze the lemon into the container, add salt and pepper to taste. Soak the liver for about ten minutes. Heat oil
in a pan until it is boiling then carefully pour the liver with its dressing. Let it burn for 30 seconds, turning with the ladle. Serve immediately at the table.
